I AM grateful for:
- Unconditional Love

- a walk in the park with a kindred spirit.... enjoying appreciating where we have come from, the trials, the tribulations, the mistakes, the learning, to come to the present moment, which is filled with curiosity, love, and inner peace and security
- Derrick. His gentle spirit, his words, expressing from an open heart.
- Not sleeping Friday night because I wanted to keep good company! :)
- My first yard sale. Who knew? Learning much about authority, when to give, when to receive (the practice of breath). Bringing in over three hundred dollars for the Louisville SOM. Getting a new table and a fabulous turquoise shirt (thanks Angela!)
- Generousity in others.
- Freedom within responsibility. Staying true to my goals... building success consciousness.

- Exploring more of Louisville. Downtown, the waterfront, beautiful and strange people, art, lights, expression.
- Seeing John, Jenny, and Kathy together. The added vibration to the building. Dr. Laurel's presence. Knowing the interpreting of Revelation in the building adds to.
- The easiest financial report I've ever done. Finally! Setting bigger goals for the month of April. Seeing the flow of energy, and how it is all related and connected to thought.
- the cool breeze whispering across my skin, the birds singing sweetly, deep breaths on a Sunday morning

- Allison's yoga class. Re-discovering Anusara Yoga. Meeting fabulous new folks. Handstands with a twist! The kula and friendship built in class.
- Being inspired by Jonathan's strong and flowing practice.
- Talking outside on Bardstown Road... infinity within a moment. Sunshine. Old soul connections. Inspiration from a fellow Sag.
- feeling/perceiving/receiving the thoughts from my loving metaphysicians in Indy.
- driving and seeing God the entire way. I even have a picture to prove it. I've gotta post the photo, I know.
- Stillness.
- Allowing myself to be a drama queen. Hahaa, all for the sake of acting. I had to get in character, right? Thanks for putting up with me.
- Seeing Jason, Anne, Michelle, Craig, Lindy and Linda. Wonderful surprise. Feeling the love. For real!
- Getting to play with Deontre, Ethan, Armando, and John. Boys will be boys! And I like it.
- Driving John's car. Haha. The expression on his face. The boys laughing in the back. EXTREME entertainment for me. Gratitude to be able to play and be silly.
- Knowing I get irritated when I don't have the whole picture. Seeing how I can be different. Being inspired by change.
- Eating easter lillies. Ethan's piggy back ride.
- A sweet, slow, smooth drive home. Mixed in with spurts of extreme speed. Hahaa. It's a good thing I have radar in my mind. Appreciating the moment. Always.
- appreciating and valuing my job. Seeing people appreciate my yellow crystal star-ness.... as I create the deli case as an art project every day. Appreciating form, shape, and color more and more each day. Being inspired by art. Beauty.
- Teaching my first yoga class in Louisville at Infinite Bliss studio! Awesome, strong, dedicated yogis. Feeling my groove, loving to give. Gratitude!!!
- Transformation.... like a butterfly.
- Bryan and Jason. Uncontrollable laughter. Thank you! You inspire me.
- Being able to go deep... and stay centered in the midst of the fog.
