Honesty

Today, I AM grateful for ...

• honoring my body and adjusting it to wake pre-dawn regularly now
• feeling inspired upon awakening, knowing today would be a beautiful day
• having the ability to be totally focused and on point driving through the rainstorm in the dark
• the weather constantly changing- a reminder that change is the most natural harmony in existence
• letting go of imagined fears last night... receiving the space and molding it
• shining light into the darkness
  
• loving yogis at Geist Fitness
• my new buddies at W.O. in Lville... hearing more news from Kurt about the merger and what our fate shall be... knowing I'll have exactly the job I need
  
• seeing my Father.... knowing he's trying
  
• cuddling with my kitties that I do miss so much... all four of them! Being happy about being covered in cat hair
• organizing more stuff... feeling good about it.... letting go of more
• having the tenacity to go for it and guzzle a whole cup of coffee before yoga class tonight (hey, I've been up since 5am!!)
  
• how energized and playful it made me.... the effect this had upon everyone's well being
• getting the yoga high and knowing I gave my best
• Joshua's spirit... and recognizing the shift in my energy field, true health has returned!
  
• being able to receive money! ahh, grateful I got over this one. For the longest time I had trouble claiming my worth with teaching and receiving money. Change is good.
• having hugs that last an eternity in a moment
• giving and receiving new understanding with my SOM students
• seeing the Indy SOM buzzing with goodness tonight
• seeing I've released a lot, and it is good... knowing my influence is still appreciated
• knowing I am more objective than ever before, and I can be neutral and honest
• backrubs! Love...
• my nose piercing
• my telepathic connection with Laura
  
• connecting with Ethan. getting to create and share his birthday celebration at midnight. I love and am grateful for Ethan's calming presence in my life.
  
• the Transcendent Oracle, and all it entails and gives to those who can receive it.
  
• knowing I AM a spiritual being
• Ethan helping me with the bike rack, yay!
• tying up lose ends
• being candid! ain't nothin like the present moment baby
  
• the fact that it's 1:30am and I'm wide awake on cosmic energy, and am about to drive home... hOMe :)
• unconditional love and acceptance of my true Self
• freedom that comes from love and acceptance
• inner peace
