Gratitude, gratitude, behold

I am grateful for so much.... today, what comes to mind is...

• awakening to the birds....
• being up before the sun!
• organization
• fun, fun, fun friends at work
• recognizing the changes in my consciousness regarding attention, concentration, memory, listening... knowing the work (and play) I am doing is causing change
• seeing this in the simplest ways, a constant reminder and encouragement
• talking about astrology with new people... seeing lines of connections within souls
• people being intrigued by my "psychic nature"... haha
• RAIN! RAIN! RAIN! wonderful, cleansing, opening, refreshing
• seeing how all is as it should be... just not in pretty pink wrapping (its kinda like comic strip newspaper wrapping with obituaries on the other side if that makes any sense!)
• getting high on fresh veggie juices
• feeling loved by people who don't really know me... but they give love anyway
• staying positive ..... an act of will sometimes!
• Amy listening
• exploring new roads
• hearing from Alex, my wonderful, beautiful soul sister from yoga teacher training... what a surprise, and a joyful, heart opening experience... looking forward to seeing her this summer
• knowing the answer to "Who am I?" in a deeper way.... wow. Ask me about it.
• being disciplined with my disciplines! :)
• talking to Deontre... being able to be objective
• calling upon my strengths
• paying bills...
• the color turquoise... the crushed velvet jacket Dr. L gave me.... it's fabulous... thank you!
• water!
• getting compliments... knowing how to receive them with grace
• connecting with new people (ok, ok, so this is every day, but still!)
• Craig and Michelle giving me a bike rack! I am so excited to get it and USE IT!
• meeting new friends that bike.... seeing myself biking more
• feeling healthy.... having gratitude for my health
• being in the present moment
